We will present well tuned little system comprising the VIGO loudspeakers in EX specification, which means with the excellent EMS LB12 EX field coil fullrange drivers. It will be an absolute premiere.
We will play mainly analogue sound, from the classic idler drive turntable Thorens TD 124 MKII in a plinth of our make, with 12” Schick tonearm and Denon 103 R cartridge in aluminium Midas body.
The signal from the turntable will be pre amplified by an advanced Closer Acoustics Stelvio MC/MM balanced phonostage, which will have also its premiere during the Audio Show.
The Vigos will be driven by our Single Ended integrated tube amplifier 300B provocateur
And because Closer Acoustics comes from the analogue world our system will be supported by the sound from master tapes played on the legendary reel-to-reel AEG Telefunken Magnetophon M15A.
The sound of Closer is blended by Robert Rolof-electronics, Andrzej Grodecki – woodworker - the miracle maker and Jacek Grodecki – acoustics, design and spiritus movens.
We assure that the true analogue sound lovers will not be disappointed by a visit in our room.
